Yummy healthy treat... Blueberry smoothie!

 

Once you’ve returned from your walk, bike ride or run, what do you like to do? Do you have a nutritious snack or smoothie? Perhaps you have a protein ball for morning or afternoon tea?

Every newsletter we will share our team’s go-to recipes for healthy snacks and smoothies. This one is from Debbie. Give it a go and let us know what you think.

  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries

  • 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder

  • 1/2 banana (peeled)

  • 1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk

Place all the ingredients into a blender in the order listed above. Blend until smooth.
