Small Group Clinical Exercise Classes
45-55 minute sessions with different exercises every week to keep it challenging and fun! Get all the attention you need with a maximum of 4 participants per class.
PhysioStrong - Circuit training focusing on strengthening, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular exercises, combining functional upper and lower body plus core exercises. Exercises are performed using body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands and more.
Body Tension - A gymnastics inspired core strengthening experience focusing on abdominal and back muscles strength, as well as spine and shoulder stability. Exercises performed using body weight, exercise balls, and other small equipment.
PhysioCore - A Pilates inspired core strengthening class focusing on abdominal and back muscles strength, as well as hips and shoulders mobility. Exercises performed using body weight, resistance bands, soft balls, and other small equipment.
