Creamy Broccoli Soup

Here's a delicious and healthy soup recipe that can be made in less than 30 minutes:

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of broccoli, chopped

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cups vegetable broth

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions:
